I'll start from the top and move down.
The text on that card must be microscopic considering how small it is compared to her hand.
Her fingernails look ghoulish.
Her forearms and biceps are huge and her shoulders are tiny.
If those aren't circle tool tits they might as well be.
Her shirt/jacket/dress appears to be painted on.
I can't tell which femur is dislocated.
She's got knee skin spilling over her boots.
and her ankles are broken.
Had you not posted 2 pallets swaps next to it and called it a transformation I would not have been so harsh.

The details and proportions are well done, but Mei is off balance and I don't think that it's intentional. Check the foot placement.

I feel like the calves on the guy should be swapped or adjusted, they read a bit awkwardly even if they're stylized. Otherwise, good job!
